It provides the core emergency-cart accessories required for organizing response supplies while avoiding the additional height and cost of the six-drawer AMC60R. Clinics requiring more storage capacity can select the AMC60R as the upgraded option.

The cart should be positioned in a clearly identified and accessible location. Each clinic must establish its own emergency medication list, adult and pediatric supply requirements, inspection schedule, expiration monitoring, staff training, and replenishment process.
