Portable cryosurgical treatment using liquefied nitrous oxide

The Integra Miltex CryoSolutions 33510 Complete Set is a compact, self-contained cryosurgical system designed to deliver liquefied nitrous oxide directly to a targeted treatment site.

The trigger-controlled applicator allows qualified clinicians to start and stop cryogen flow while positioning the dispensing tip directly against the selected tissue. The system provides cold performance down to approximately -89°C / -128°F for the destruction of unwanted tissue during cryosurgical procedures.

CryoSolutions is suitable for trained medical professionals performing approved cryosurgical procedures in dermatology, podiatry, gynecology, physician offices, outpatient clinics, and other procedure-room environments.

Complete portable system

The 33510 set includes the CryoSolutions applicator, standard 1 mm dispensing tip, tip protector, one 23.5 g medical-grade nitrous oxide cartridge, installation and removal pin, user instructions, and protective carrying case.

The portable configuration does not require electrical power or a separate external gas cylinder, allowing the system to be stored and transported easily between compatible procedure rooms.

Trigger-controlled cryogen delivery

The applicator incorporates a trigger that opens and closes the internal valve to control the flow of liquefied nitrous oxide.

The clinician positions the selected dispensing tip against the treatment site and activates the trigger to deliver cryogen through the tip. Treatment duration must be selected by the qualified clinician according to the type, size, depth, and location of the tissue being treated.

Standard 1 mm contact tip

The complete set includes a standard 1 mm borosilicate glass dispensing tip enclosed in a gold-plated metal housing.

The contact-style tip is placed perpendicular to the treatment surface without additional pressure. Other compatible tip sizes and configurations are available separately for different clinical applications.

Medical-grade nitrous oxide cartridge

The system includes one threaded cartridge containing approximately 23.5 g of medical-grade nitrous oxide.

The cartridge operates at a content pressure of approximately 50 bar and connects directly to the CryoSolutions control mechanism. Only compatible cartridges specified for the CryoSolutions system should be used.

Durable reusable control mechanism

The CryoSolutions control mechanism incorporates gold-plated brass and stainless-steel components, a safety filter, internal seals, and a trigger-operated dosing valve.

The reusable applicator should be inspected before every procedure. The control mechanism must not be steam sterilized or immersed.

Reusable sterilizable dispensing tips

The dispensing tip should be removed from the applicator before cleaning and sterilization.

Glass tips that contact blood, mucous membranes, or infected tissue may be steam sterilized at 134°C / 273°F for nine minutes according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Dry-heat sterilization is not recommended.

Only the removable glass dispensing tips should be steam sterilized. The control mechanism must not be placed in a steam sterilizer.

Protective storage case

The included carrying case protects the applicator, dispensing tip, cartridge components, and metal pin during storage and transportation.

The tip protector should be installed whenever the system is not in use. The device and cartridges should be stored in a dry location protected from sunlight at temperatures between -5°C and 50°C / 23°F and 122°F.
